Betty Chen

Betty Chen is an Associate Director based in SSQ Beijing office, and the Co-head of China Private Practice Search. 

Betty specializes in the search and recruitment of partner and teams, counsels and associates within the China legal market. She has particular experience in building new practice teams for leading Chinese law firms. 

Betty joined SSQ in 2016. Previously, she worked with another international legal search consultancy.

Betty received her LL.B. degree from Wuhan University in China in 2006.
