As part of our global expansion, we are looking to grow the team in China and hire a couple of Legal Search Consultants to join our Shanghai office. The hires will have the unique opportunities to service our first-tier international and domestic law firm and corporate clients on their executive legal search, recruitment and legal market consulting matters.
Generally, qualified candidates should have the following:

around 2-5 years’experience working either in legal, recruitment or related professional service industries;

native Mandarin with excellent language skills in English; or native or near-native English with good Mandarin skills;

previous experience (1-5 years) working as a lawyer or generally in the legal profession would be a big plus; and

previous experience working as a recruiter, HR or sales/marketing/BD related role would also be helpful.

These hires’main responsibility is to work with our existing legal search consultants on our law firm and corporate clients’legal hiring and market consulting needs. That includes carrying out extensive research using our database/social media network/various search tools, building connections with lawyers, maintaining and developing client relationships and assisting clients sorting out various evolvement and development challenges in the China legal market.
